Let there be light....and pretty curtains!

Today was a big day for the nursery. Thanks to the help of Grandma and Grandpa Huddleston we got the beautiful crystal chandelier hung. Notice the handmade cord cover that matches the drapes that Mary made. The only thing left to do is to pick up the glider and ottoman combo (just wait till you see this!) and the bedding from Dallas. Mary and I will be picking this up on Monday so look for a post VERY soon after that!

Picture Frames

When I was home over the holidays I asked (begged) Dad to make me some "blank" picture frames so that I could decorate them all girly. I made the blueprints and he did an awesome job. Here are the finished products that will in 15 weeks or so hold little Laurens beautiful pictures. The third frame is very special because that was the broach that was on my bouquet at our wedding. Enjoy!!
